In most cases if an item is special order it will need ordering in by the manufacturer or producing by themselves meaning lead times can be between 10 days to 90 days. Please contact us before ordering if unsure. Special Order Items ARE NON RE-FUNDABLE. Often items will be produced or manufactured based upon your order only, so once the item has been placed on order there is unfortunately no cancellation available. Please be sure before placing an order for a special order item, we would always advise talking to us first.
