Shipping policy

In Stock Items:

This means the item is in physical stock at one of our warehouses, or a distributor who holds stock and will dispatch on our behalf. Delivery is between 2-5 working days, although most items do arrive within 48 hours. Finished goods such as vacuum cleaners and chemicals are usually dispatched on a next day service.

In Stock With Manufacturer Items:

This means the item required is in stock with the manufacturer of the item. Delivery is usually between 2 - 10 working days. Although lots of our manufacturers keep UK stock of most common items, some less common items may be held in stock at the manufacturers warehouses around Europe, USA, China or the rest of the world. For a precise delivery scale please contact us before ordering any items in stock with manufacturer.

Special Order Items:

The item is not in stock with ourselves, our distributors, or the manufacturer of the item. Delivery can vary between 1 - 12 weeks. In most cases special order items will be made or built to order and may have to be shipped from any location around the world. Special order items are non refundable or returnable once paid for so please ensure you have contacted us BEFORE placing an order for special order items. If the order is placed before contacting us we would be unable to cancel and refund.

UK Mainland

• Any order placed online over the value of £100 will receive FREE standard delivery.
• Orders under £100 value will be charged a minimum of £3.50.

UK non mainland and Europe

• Rates start from £3.50
