Under UK law you are entitled to a "cooling off" period after placing your order. You may cancel your order without giving a reason and return your goods within 7 days following the day of receipt for a full refund of all charges other than postage. Goods must be returned as new and unused in original packaging or a restocking fee of 15% will apply.
The cost of and safe return of the goods is the responsibility of the customer. You are advised to obtain a proof of postage from the post office. We are not responsible for the loss of any items during transit for any returned items.
In the unfortunate event of any faulty goods being received, please contact us immediately to arrange the return of the goods. They must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Any reasonable postage costs incurred in the return of faulty goods (within 14 days) will be refunded. We cannot be held liable for goods lost in transit whilst being returned to us, in this event you must obtain compensation from the postal service involved. We recommend that goods are returned by Recorded Delivery to ensure signed receipt.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason, at any time within 7 days of receipt, for a full refund or exchange, providing the product is unused and the packaging unopened. Unfortunately, we can not offer refunds or exchanges in the case that the product has been used or opened. Our delivery costs and the costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you, unless the product is damaged or faulty.
Goods ordered and delivered specifically to the buyer's instruction, then subsequently returned or rejected for reasons other than faulty manufacture, may be subject to a supplier's restocking fee of up to 15% of the goods' retail value, plus the cost of expenses incurred by Candor Services, including delivery. If an item is returned for any reason other than it being defective or damaged upon receipt, or sent in error then you will incur any return costs, and the original cost of postage will be deducted from any refund offered, even if the order was over the value of £75 and you paid no shipping costs, the costs incurred by Candor Services will be deducted prior to any refund.
Terms of Service
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days but please allow up to 7 working days although usually your order will be dispatched on the same day if received before 2pm. On occasion this may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control - for example Bank Holidays and the Christmas period. We will endeavor to dispatch all paid orders prior to or on the last postal day on such occasions. However, we will contact you by email if we are aware of this possible delay prior to dispatch.
Delivery costs are charged to the buyer.
The Data Protection Act dictates that we must protect your account information against unauthorised access or release. We will not give, sell, rent, or loan any identifiable personal information to any third party, unless you have authorised us to or we are legally required to do so.

We also accept no responsibility or liability for any damage or injury to persons or property arising from the use of any instructions.
