Powerful Diesel Pressure Washer

This high power pressure washer is perfect for cleaning professionals in industrial, agricultural, heavy plant and commercial environments.

The HYW4000DE is a heavy duty diesel pressure washer which it is fitted with a 12hp, 498cc Hyundai air cooled over head valve (OHV) direct injection D500E diesel engine.

4000psi Power Washer

Producing a continuous working output pressure of up to 250 bar / 3600psi and a maximum pressure of 4000psi with a 15L/hour flow rate.

The large 5.5L fuel tank can be filled with red diesel which is more cost effective than standard road diesel and fuel consumption is an economical 1 to 1.5 litres an hour.

Fitted with an electric key start this makes this pressure washer easier than ever to get started. It even has a recoil pull-start as back up should you ever need it for added reliability.

Powerful Pressure Washer

The Hyundai 212cc stroke petrol engine has a tremendous mid range torque so the jet washer does not have to be used at maximum revs while cleaning. This is a great benefit as it makes for a more pleasant, quieter user experience and reduces fuel consumption.

The Annovi Reverberi (AR) pump provides a tremendous performance and reliability, it also features a thermal relief valve for regulating the temperature and preventing the pump from overheating.

The engine should be filled with 1.1L of SAE30 or 15w40 engine oil, there is also an engine cut out switch which operates if the engine oil is too low. The engine capacity for the HYW4000P is 1100ml.

Mains or Gravity Fed

The HYW4000DE is a cold water pressure washer that is used with mains water or it can be gravity fed. It is also able yo draw water uphill 1.5m, this allows water to be taken from a water butt so there is no need for an outside tap.

Portable Pressure Washer

With a weight of 135kg, the HYW4000DE is built with a heavy-duty tubular steel trolley design frame, its also fitted with four large foam filled tyres which are puncture proof. This helps manoeuvre the machine around a lot easier especially across rough and difficult terrain such as muddy fields and stone driveways,

Both the pump and engine are mounted on a heavy-duty anti-vibration rubber mounted subframe to minimise noise output and increase stability.

It also includes a built-in hose and lance holder which will help keep everything organised when moving between jobs and even easier to store.
