Candor and Covid-19

Update 27/04/2020:

We are now seeing a huge amount of orders being placed online and some lead times for items are taking longer than our usual advertised times. Pressure washer spares are paticularly affected at this time and lead times could be anywhere upto 10-15 working days.

If you require a definite date of arrival before placing an order we may not be able to supply this at the moment. If you contact us prior to placing an order we will be able to advise on the latest information we have from manufacturers and couriers.

If you have placed an order please allow us upto 10 working days before chasing the order unless you have received an email with your tracking information on and require an update from the courier. Phone lines and emails are also extremely busy at the moment, our team is working hard to respond to everyone as soon as possible and will get back to everyone in order of emails received, so sending multiple emails will not get a response any quicker at this time. 

Many of our suppliers, and ourselves included are working with a vastly reduced amount of staff at the moment and this is impacting delivery times for certain products. Couriers are also extremely busy and although most deliveries are still only taking the usual amount of time to arrive, all of these factors can impact a delivery time. 

We thank you for your patience and assure you we are doing everything we can to ensure orders are dispatched as fast as possible.


Update 23/03/2020:

After tonight's new measures put in place by the government, our trade counter will now be closed until further notice meaning no purchases can be made on site, and we can no longer accept any new machines in for repair. 

We will continue to take orders online and these will be shipped as soon as possible using our usual couriers, who are taking extra precautions during this time to ensure the safest possible delivery of your goods. 

Delivery times can take longer than usually expected at the moment due to a huge increase in online orders, and all the extra steps being put in place by our couriers to ensure the safe delivery of your items. 

We are continuing to follow the guidelines set out and our team are working around the clock to get deliveries out as soon as possible. 





We understand what a worrying time this is for everyone, and we are working around the clock to ensure our services can continue as efficiently as possible, whilst following government guidelines and ensuring the safety of all of our customers and employees. 


You might notice many items are now Out Of Stock, Special Order or In Stock With Manufacturer. 

Deliveries in general are taking much longer than usual. Our current expected delivery time for in stock items is 2-5 working days.

Many items such as Victory products are completely out of stock and are no longer available until the end of May at the moment. We are accepting back orders for these at this time, but this again could change in the coming days.

Hand gel and sanitizer is completely out of stock with no definite projected in date yet.

Toilet roll is in extremely short supply with no definite date of arrival as of yet.


Out of stock items - We have no physical stock and the manufacturer is unaware when they will get any more stock with the current situation. We will update these items as and when we know.


Special order items - We have no physical stock, the manufacturer has no stock but do expect stock over the coming weeks. Special order items have NO firm delivery date and will go to back order. These orders cant be cancelled unless the items become obsolete.


In stock with manufacturer - This means we have no physical stock, but the manufacturer of the item does. As many of our manufacturers have warehouses and distribution centres throughout Europe, delivery times can vary anything between 5 - 20 working days at the moment. If the movement of people and goods gets further restricted going forward, these lead times might be longer than advertised. 


Any items we do have in stock will be shipped as usual within 2 - 3 working days using Royal Mail, DHL or BOW distribution. 

All the couriers we work with are taking extra precautions and Royal Mail and DHL do offer contactless deliveries. You would need to liaise with the courier to arrange this as soon as you receive your tracking information from us. We are unable to arrange contact less deliveries on your behalf. 


All of our own delivery drivers and service engineers are carrying gloves, face masks and anti bacterial hand gel and will follow any procedures you may have in place to gain entry.
